Getting started

Welcome — these are the docs for Wilow, the embedded chatbot you just signed up for. Each page covers one feature you can turn on from the admin portal: what it does, which plan it needs, and the smallest next step to try it.

What to read first

If you just signed up, do these three things in order:

  1. Feed the bot some content. Knowledge base explains your three options — snippets, documents, or website crawl — and when to use which. Wilow answers only from what you give it; an empty knowledge base means empty answers.
  2. Open the Widget section and set your bot name, colors, and greeting. A widget in your brand reads as part of your product instead of a generic bolt-on.
  3. Embed the script tag on a single staging page. The embedding page has paste-ready snippets for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, plain HTML, and more — pick yours.

If something doesn't work after that, troubleshooting covers the eight things that usually go wrong.

Everything else in this sidebar is optional. Enable features when you need them — each page explains what it does and when to turn it on.

Pricing and features

Pricing is arranged per workspace — there's no public tier ladder. Which features your workspace has enabled is set up with us when you sign up; talk to us if you want to add something that isn't currently on.
